Refund Policy

Sovran Network is committed to providing quality services and a positive customer experience. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for purchases made through Sovran Network.

Memberships, Subscriptions, and Services

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, membership fees, subscription fees, account upgrades, service fees, and other digital services are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or services have been delivered.

Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges

If you believe you have been charged in error, charged more than once, or have identified unauthorized activity on your account, please contact support promptly for review. Verified duplicate or unauthorized charges may be eligible for a refund.

Technical Issues

If a technical issue prevents access to a purchased service and the issue cannot be reasonably resolved, Sovran Network may, at its discretion, provide a refund, service credit, account adjustment, or access restoration.

Merchant Purchases

Products and services offered by independent merchants may be subject to the merchant’s own refund, exchange, or return policies. Customers should review the applicable merchant policies before making a purchase.

Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted through official support channels and should include full name, account email address, transaction date, transaction reference number if available, and a description of the issue.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, although actual processing times may vary depending on payment providers and financial institutions.

Abuse of Refund Policy

Sovran Network reserves the right to deny refund requests where fraud, abuse, misuse of services, or violations of the Terms of Use are suspected.
